- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Ineligible Items: Apparel items are NOT eligible for returns, including:
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom-printed apparel)
- Underwear, swimwear, or other items deemed non-returnable for hygiene reasons
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at service@franchiseprintshop.com with your order number and reason for the return within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:

- Custom or personalized apparel

- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
7. International Returns
For international orders:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility conditions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will exclude any international shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
8. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund for eligible returns. Store credit:
- Will be issued in the form of a gift card or credit code.

- Is non-transferable and has no expiration date (unless otherwise required by law).
